Shipping Policy

At Hydrodeko, we work with multiple trusted suppliers worldwide to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the nearest available warehouse (EU, US, UK, AU, or Asia).

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and supplier warehouse.

  • United States: 7–15 business days (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days (Hermes, Royal Mail, DPD)

  • European Union (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, etc.): 7–15 business days (DHL, GLS, PostNL, others)

  • Rest of Europe (incl. Switzerland, Norway, Eastern Europe): 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days (AusPost, NZPost)

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–25 business days (local postal carriers)

⚠️ Please note: All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout (unless explicitly stated).

  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your package being returned or destroyed; Hydrodeko is not responsible for such cases.


Shipping Issues (Lost, Damaged, Stolen Parcels)

  • Hydrodeko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@hydrodeko.com for assistance.

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Partial Shipments

  • Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no extra cost.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placement.

  • After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled or refunded until delivered.
