Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the nearest available warehouse (EU, US, UK, AU, or Asia).

During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and supplier warehouse.

United States: 7–15 business days (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days (Hermes, Royal Mail, DPD)

European Union (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, etc.): 7–15 business days (DHL, GLS, PostNL, others)

Rest of Europe (incl. Switzerland, Norway, Eastern Europe): 10–20 business days

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout (unless explicitly stated).

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your package being returned or destroyed; Hydrodeko is not responsible for such cases.
Shipping Issues (Lost, Damaged, Stolen Parcels)

Hydrodeko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@hydrodeko.com for assistance.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Partial Shipments

Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no extra cost.
Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placement.

After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled or refunded until delivered.
